Parker Milliken is seeking an attorney with five plus years of corporate and/or real estate transactional experience to join our firm. The attorney should have experience in several areas, including corporate governance, tax, business planning, and real estate. Candidates must be members of the CA Bar. Strong research and writing skills are expected. Several days each week of in-office presence is mandatory; employees are required to work primarily in the office. Compensation will depend on experience and book of business.
