Levenfeld Pearlstein is seeking an associate with 4-7 years of corporate transactional experience to join its growing and highly collaborative Corporate Group. The candidate must have experience working on sophisticated M&A transactions, including transactions involving private equity sponsors. Experience in drafting LLC/shareholder agreements, securities offering materials and other corporate transactional documents and advising middle market companies on various other general corporate matters is a plus.
