Corporate and Taxation Associate – LA

Lewitt Hackman seeks to add a second or third-year associate to its Corporate Practice Group and Taxation and Estate Planning Practice Group. Candidates must have a Master of Laws degree (LLM) in Taxation (preferably not earned as part of a joint JD/LLM program). The role requires a lawyer to participate in drafting a broad range of documents in corporate, merger and acquisition, and general business transactions.
