The Controller will be actively involved in growing the business in an entrepreneurial manner. S/he will be a hands-on manager, who will direct and be involved in all aspects of financial management and accounting. The Controller is responsible for providing information and guidance to the I.T.WORKS! President and Management Team and will develop, manage and evaluate the organization's financial function to achieve performance objectives in accordance with I.T.WORKS! strategy & goals.
