Two cases, two different clients, involving dealers/repair services damaging to cars. Case A) repair shop drained car's oil for oil change, but forgot to put the new oil in, destroying the car. Case B) Client dropped his brand new pickup with dealer to fix leaky battery. Dealer, for some reason, decided to drive truck around. Got into accident, wrecking the car without telling client.
