Seeking PT independent contractor to setup and handle the budgeting, accounting and general contractor approval draws for a $2 million full renovation of an 18 unit apartment community in Sac area. Must get budgeting, draw approvals using AIA forms and interfacing with the property manager's App Folio Accounting System to properly record and report the financial results of the renovation in place ASAP.
