Posting on behalf of a colleague: Looking for a commercial real estate broker with 20+ years of experience who is interested in being an expert witness at trial regarding a dispute with a broker for the sale of an assisted living facility. Would be testifying as to whether the broker being sued performed adequate due diligence in the research, listing, and marketing of the property.
