Seasoned attorney (first chair trial lawyer, argues cases before review boards, supervises other attorneys. 15-20 years of experience) * Someone who is positive and looking for a bright future to help build a small firm into something larger. Someone who is tired of big firm politics, etc. * Someone with a good sense of humor (male or female). Maybe they have their own book of business and perhaps they have an associate or secretary they want to bring over as well. * Someone who works in business or real estate law preferably. * Someone with energy and is not getting ready to retire.
