Client rented a storage unit, was required by storage company (one of the largest in world) to obtain insurance from specific company, using branding associated with storage company. Sprinkler system/roof of storage unit broke, flooding client's unit, and (likely) neighbor units, with dirty water. Insurance company adjuster offers are between $79 and $200, despite policy being for $2K. Endless examples of bad faith, from refusing to provide legal documents (i.e. insurance contract, which they may not even have) on up.
