Referral is for a client who is currently employed by the Poway Unified School District and experiencing targeted harassment by parents (including online attacks, mass emails school wide and emails to another prospective employer) whose daughter was not selected for a sports team. Looking for an initial consultation and review of her contract with the school district to evaluate need for representation related to school district's investigation in response to parent's filing of formal complaint against client.
