Cemetery Dispute (Trust authorization) – LA

Client needs assistance with dispute with Hollywood Forever Cemetery regarding use of land above her deceased spouse for another decedent. Former trustee of decedent?s trust apparently authorized the arrangement. Please let me know if you have experience with this type of scenario.
