Client seeks to buy a coffee shop in Boston. The current owner does not have the necessary variance required to do take-out. Apparently, the prior owner did have the variance, but the variance is personal to the individual, so the current owner did not assume it (and did not know about it until now!). Anyone here do work with IS?
