My client, a chain of mental health clinics, has run into an issue with BCBS. The results of a PREPAYMENT REVIEW AUDIT came back deficient, and payment is being withheld creating a cashflow issue. Client has met *what they believe BCBS needs* to comply but BCBS is not communicating needs clearly, and acting very slowly to address the issue.
