Projects are for 501(c)(9) that offers health, dental & vision insurance with several carriers on both fully insured and self-insured basis. Currently managing eligibility for 60+ agencies, covering 130,000+ lives with multiple plan designs. 1. Consultant(s) with industry specific knowledge to review business model and current reporting to recommend changes to assist with finance, management and business decisions. 2. Assist with full agency evaluation of current systems (accounting, eligibility, program) to recommend path forward for a much more robust and fully integrated system.
