The CEO is a minority owner (2%) of his employer, and did not agree to personally guaranty the SBA loan. The loan was funded and post-funding, he received copies of the loan documents referencing him as a personal guarantor. The loan documents were signed via electronic signature. The CEO contacted his lender but his loan officer is no longer with the firm. He has contacted the SBA but has not received sufficient follow up or action items.
