A client is seeking an attorney with 3-5 years of experience in corporate matters and a particular capacity to write and review customer, employee, supplier/partner contracts in the tech sector, along with other such matters. This position is with an emerging enterprise AI company headquartered in Silicon Valley with early revenue. The candidate will be working directly with the executive team as well as with a number of the company's law firms. Involvement will extend beyond just legal matters into other areas of management. Preference for someone in Silicon Valley but can be remote.
