HR firm seeking individual with 3+ years administrative/HR experience. Provide core customer service and administrative support to HR Business Partner; client benefits and payroll questions/concerns; prepare new hire, benefits and separation packages, assist with on-boarding employees, and processing HR transactions; provide follow up to clients and employees on paperwork; assist with the preparation and processing of payroll, auditing timecards, calculating hours, tracking/maintaining PTO requests, distributing reports, etc.; maintain all employee files.
