Commercial Lending/Secured Lending Mid-Level Associate For Garden City or NYC Office We are seeking to hire an associate with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our active Secured Lending Practice Group. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience representing institutional and non-institutional lenders in sophisticated loan transactions, including real estate, asset based, syndications and unsecured transactions. The ideal candidate will be able to handle transactions from underwriting guidance and credit approval through due diligence completion and closing of the loan.
