An Atlanta-based firm is seeking to expand its existing trusts and estates practice with the addition of an experienced attorney in planning for high-net worth and ultra-high-net worth individuals, families, and business owners. Minimum of 5 years in this practice area and LLM in Taxation is preferred. Experience in aspects of strategic corporate planning, tax planning, succession planning and working in/with family offices. This is a full-time hybrid role for an Advanced Planning, Trusts + Estates Attorney.
