RESPONSIBILITIES: * Greet clients and/or visitors * Answer telephone calls * Mailing includes mailing letters daily, mass mailing once a month, recording all outgoing mail *Manage office calendar within Outlook * Scanning and filing electronic documents * Process bills and print checks * Manage office supplies * Maintain Excel spreadsheets * Maintain CRM system* Notary is a plus but not mandatory
