Acquisition of Northeast based DME

I am working with an independent sponsor that is looking for acquisition opportunities, within the Northeast, in the DME and/or last mile courier industries for add-on strategies. Preferred EBITDA range $500M to $1.5MM (could go higher for right opportunity).
