The Law Offices of Trudi J. Lesser is seeking a full-time attorney with a minimum of three-to-five years of commercial real estate experience. The ideal candidate will have broad transactional commercial real estate experience (particularly in retail leasing, financing, and commercial acquisitions and sales), strong drafting skills, and proficiency in title/survey review. Familiarity with land use and zoning is a plus. The attorney will work directly with clients on complex real estate transactions. Candidates should have strong academic credentials and be admitted to practice in California.
