Barry A. Ross Publishes Book about HOAs

Ross recently published a book titled "Are You the King or Queen of Your Castle? (Not If You Live in a Homeowner's Association)". The book contains a description of actual homeowner association cases in which he depicts property owners against associations. Ross says the book is designed for non-attorneys, primarily persons who plan to or do reside in a homeowner association, or whose friends or family plan to or do reside in a homeowner association.
