SUMMARY This position requires knowledge in Human Resource and Safety. Responsibilities are communication skills, employee relations, training, recruiting, benefits, FMLA, compensation, payroll, headcount, safety, worker’s compensation, attendance records. Other duties include: Process weekly and salary payroll, using ADP. Manage labor hours entered into our Global Shop system so that hourly payroll runs smoothly.
