Carr McClellan is looking for a meticulous and diligent attorney with 2 to 12 years of litigation experience to work in our Burlingame office. Preferred candidates have demonstrated experience building cases for trial, including developing evidence, complex case management, taking and defending depositions, and arguing motions, and will be ready to hit the ground running on pending cases and immediate client needs.. A successful candidate will be able to advocate in a clear and persuasive fashion, both orally and in writing, have outstanding analytical abilities, and a strong work ethic.
